COVID 19 Health and Safety Measures

– Daily cleaning of office and bathrooms before opening the space

– Frequent cleaning of high touch areas

– Anti-bacterial hand gel to be available at front door / exit and in meeting rooms

– Limited daily guest numbers

– Social distancing measures to respect the 2 metre rule between members

– Reduced capacity of 4 in meeting room

– Members in coworking area to sit at a defined desk whenever possible

– Receptionist to sign in guests

– Back to back and side to side working to be favoured ( over face to face )

– Windows opened daily to ventilate the space

– Removal of biscuit tins, jellybeans etc. Mugs and glasses to be stored in cupboards

– Cleaning log to be implemented daily

– PPE masks to be available
