We were thrilled to welcome Susan Baxter to altspace for a 30 minute session on face yoga and relaxation techniques.
Susan is a qualified expert on facial yoga that you can practice at your desk in a short workout. We found that it’s the perfect remedy for soothing the aches and pains associated with staring at a computer screen for long intervals. There was a full room of people at altspace for the series of exercises that included the ‘swan neck’ and ‘flirty eyes’ workouts and finished with some meditative breathing practice that took us all away from the stresses of work. The room felt enlivened after the session and ready for an afternoon of coworking and collaboration.
